Meditate
Find out what works for you. Don´t let the word meditation scare you. You don´t have to do it for hours on end. 5 to 10 minutes in the morning and/or at night will help you focus and stay focused. The key is to do it regularly. Even if all you do is sit quietly and listen to Gregorian chants or focus on an object or sound, it will help quiet your mind.
