Hello everyone in the world. It is a great shinny morning here in Kenya and I was wondering if you all got this email that PayPal was sending their users all of the world about their new terms and policies.
I was busy and I still am so i did not go through the entire thing, I am asking for your help here guys so if you read it and you have understood them can you please explain it a bit here in brief?
I am again lazy to read such a thing as long as it is not brief, the way i saw it it was a whole new big writing which would have taken a lot of time to read.
