What Did It Feel Like? 

It felt crazy, clumsy, and exhilarating. I was knowingly giving my mind and soul to someone, and them breaking it never crossed my mind. I just knew that he'd take care of me. I had lost my mind for him and we would just spend hours talking.

What Happened Next? 

We had been on and off for a couple years and my friend got us talking again. We ended up dating for a couple months and he ended it in a 30 second phone call. I was heartbroken and never really moved on. We almost got back together once after the breakup. I miss him.

Lessons Learned

• Know going into love that it's not going to last forever, so enjoy it as it is.
• Don't work too hard, it's not supposed to be push and pull, both of you have to be in it 100%
• Give him a little space, he needs it.
