I think it is true. The real worth is health and we can buy everything of the world but health cannot be bought from anywhere and we have this blessing of Almighty Allah and there is no doubt that this is the very important thing for us.

Dear friends, today I'm going to discuss the health and some things which can be used to become fit and healthy because health is the very rare thing.
About Health:
Health is the second name of life and life has no exchange and no doubt that life can be taken twice. A person lives a healthy life if his health is fit. Today we can find many diseases which are decreasing the life of the human. A disease attacks on our health and may wind up our life. We can survive from disease by obeying some rules and getting proper information about it.
Health is the ability of a biological system to acquire, convert, allocate, distribute, and utilize the energy with maximum efficiency. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined human health in a broader sense in its 1948 constitution as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."[1][2] This definition has been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value, the ambiguity in developing cohesive health strategies, and because of the problem created by use of the word "complete", which makes it practically impossible to achieve.[3][4][5] Other definitions have been proposed, among which a recent definition that correlates health and personal satisfaction.

Dear friends, health is a great blessing of Allah and we have to save this blessing with our mind and care. We should take care of our health very well because we are only alive if our health is good.
There are several causes which can harm our health. I will discuss some of them here and I hope that you will learn a lot.
Keep our body clean and clear:

The first thing which keeps us healthy and fit is our own care. We can be healthy and fit if we are clean and we remain clear. We should take care of our self and for the sake of our health, we should be clean. We should bath daily and we should brush our teeth regularly for remaining clean. As being a Muslim purpose I would like to tell your friends that our great prophet said that our religion Islam contains the half of its strength in clean and healthy person. We can keep our body daily if we offer prayer regularly because by doing "Wuzu" five times for prayer makes us clean and healthy. Health improves if we keep our body clean and clear because germs can harm our body. So we should keep our self-clean and clear daily for being a healthy person.
Keep our homes clean and clear:

We should keep our homes and streets clean and clear for our health improvement. If we continuously keep our streets and homes clean then it will be beneficial and we can be saved from diseases and harmful germs. Germs usually grow up when we through our wastage in the streets and elsewhere. So we should clean our homes and streets daily for the sake of our health.
Unusual sleeping:

We should awake in time in the morning and sleep early in the night. Working till night may harm our health and may cause diseases. Recently I've read somewhere that awaking till late night can be very harmful and can damage our mind and may cause many diseases. So we should sleep early and also awake early in the morning for a healthy life.
Stay away from tensions:

Tensions and worries are a great cause of many diseases like high blood pressure and heart problem so we should keep away from tensions. Be happy and live a healthy life and stay from worries. Worries and tensions only harm our health. Problems cannot be solved by thinking too much. So please keep yourself away from tensions and save your health.

A good friendship can keep you away from diseases. Always choose healthy and clean friends. Keep your company clean and healthy and don't spend your life with ugly people. If your friends are clean and clear then you will definitely be healthy and happy. So always choose good friends and stay away from bad people. Good friends will also keep you away from sins and bad activities.
Exercise & Morning Walk:

Health can be improved by doing exercise daily and waking early in the morning. Go for a walk daily and you will feel fresh and healthy. Walking on the grass with bare feet will also give you a healthy pleasure. The morning walk will lead your health to improve. Exercise will improve your health and will keep you fit.
Playing games:

Playing games regularly also improve our health and keeps us fit and healthy. Playing games daily improves our health. Games like football will also make us healthy and fit. We can see that those people who work while sitting on the chair for a long time become ill and fat. I will advise them to play some game in the evening and it will improve their health and they will be fit in short time.

Our daily eating routine also affects a lot of our health. So we should keep track of our eating habits and we should avoid of eating too much. Our religion also says us that we should stop eating while we are still a little hungry. Eating too much harms us and eating at different times also makes troubles for our health and we become ill. So always eat food when you are hungry and when there is a time for eating food.
Water drinking:

Drinking water also keeps us healthy. Doctors say that we should daily drink at least 15 glasses of water. Drinking more water makes us fit and we can face the diseases very well. Drinking more water also cleans our stomach and makes us fit and smart.
Donate blood:
Donating blood does not mean that you will become weak. Doctors say that a healthy person should donate blood and he will become fit and healthy.
