God has gifted us a perfect body. It is our duty to take care of it. We have to do following things. For keeping good health we should adopt good habits. First of all, we should take right quality and right quantity of food. We should take a balance diet. It means that we should take proper amount of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins.
Good habits are very important for keeping good health. Cleanliness plays the very important role in keeping good health. Our Holy Prophet (SAW) advice us to clean over selves, to wear clean clothes and to do Miswaq (brush) our teeth regularly.
Exercise is also very important for a good health. So, we should take exercise regularly. Playing games or going for a walk are also the form of exercise. Sleeping habits are also important for good health. So, we should go to bed early and get up early. That It is known saying:
“Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”
During sleeping we should not sleep in closed rooms and during sleeping we should not cover our face.
We should protect ourselves from different diseases. In Pakistan many diseases are spread by pollution. So, we should purchasing eatables with care. We should not buy uncovered food because germs get into them through flies and dust. Thus we should wash the foods before eating and should eat only properly cooked food. In this way we can protect ourselves from many diseases.
