Egg and Vegetables blend makes the body more healthy!!!

Egg has been known as a source of food that contains a variety of nutrients,one of which is a protein that can strengthen bones.Results of recent studies also showed that adding the eggsin a salad can make the body more healthy.

According of the results of study published in The American journal of clinical nutrition,add egg on salad,could help absorb more of nutrients contained invegetables,so the salad so much helthier.

In the study,conducted research on some of the male participants.They were given different types of salad,one salad no eggs,others added 1,5 scrambled eggs.The goal, want to see how these men absorb carotenoids,a type of antioxidant,from the salad.

With the blood test participants,the researchers found that those who ate salad with eggs,have more carotenoids in their body system.The effect is greater in men who add 3 eggs in salad.How ever the researchers suggest,two eggs will suffice.

What is special of eggs?fat in the yolk.Based of studies ,mixing with vegetables fat can absorb more nutrients,since carotenoid are fats-soluble compounds,so as to help enter the bloodstream.

The researchers chose to study the eggs,because the eggs are toping commonly used in salad.Researchers uncoil scrambled eggs,so that participant consumes all part of eggs especially the yolk.How ever, it can also add a hard boiled egg or fried egg on your salad.
