Basically it just means that we have to live a well balanced diet life inorder to look & feel good. Factors such as smoking, unhealthy diet, lack of excersise are basically downfalls. So increasing good intake of food , more physical movement will only add positive effects to you.

A simple lifestyle can help prevent diseases such as cancer, & heart problems. Healthy weight, physical activity &healthy eating are very important factors in controlling blood pressure, high cholestrol ( which is fat in our bodies), blood sugar level & also preventing cancer.
Being physically active is important due to the fact that researches have shown that people who are inactive due to lazziness or office based jobs infront of their pc, are more likely to develop illnesses compared to the people who keep themselves active in some sort if method.
Maintaining low cholestrol levels will just keep unneccessary fat away from our bodies that we dont require............
