1. Healthy Recipe with oranges: -
1 orange (as whole) slices, 1 apple chopped, 1 banana chopped, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp black salt, ½ tsp fresh roasted cumin powder and 1 tsp lemon juice. In mixing bowl mix all fruits and finely mix salt, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice
2. Healthy recipe with eggs: -
2 boiled and chopped eggs (whole), 1 medium chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, ½ cup green boiled peas, 1 chopped red and yellow bell pepper’s, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper. In frying pan pre-heat the oil. Saute chopped onion. When it gets transparent add tomato, bell peppers, green peas, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes after adds chopped boiled eggs. After 2 minutes off the flame.
3. Healthy recipe of sweet potatoes: -
2( medium sized)boiled, peeled and small diced pieces of sweet potatoes, 1 chopped onion, 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves (fresh), ½ tsp fresh cumin powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ black salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. In mixing bowl mix all ingredients and serve as appetizer. It’s a simple but healthy and flavorful recipe.
4. Healthy recipe with Berries: -
1 cup berries, 1 cup hang curd, 1 tsp honey or icing sugar, 1 tsp fresh cream, a pinch of salt, 1 spoon corn flakes. In a mixing bowl, pour hang card and Mix icing sugar, salt and cream in the curd. Freeze curd for 5 minute. And finely add berries and corn flakes. Serve chilled.
