Hello friends. Carrot as you all know is beneficial for our health. But some of us do not like to eat it as a vegetable so prepare this delicious sweet.
Take a pan and pour little ghee (clarified butter) and fry some cashewnuts and raisins. Take 5 carrots grate and those who find it difficult can even grind coarsely. Take another thick bottomed pan and boil half a litre of milk and put the grated carrot and stir till the milk gets absorbed. Take a glass of sugar and mix it with the carrot and on low fire keep stirring till it becomes thick, also add some cardamom powder in the mixture.
Finally add the fried cashewnuts and raisins. Tasty and healthy carrot halwa (sweet) is ready to serve.
Carrot is good for eyes, skin and also helps in protecting the liver and cancer prevention.
