Dear All

We came across this lovely dog in Diepsloot on one of our visits. His owner claimed that he must have beaten, because his left back leg was severely injured.  We took him to our vet who confirmed his story, but unfortunatelycould not save his leg and had to amputate.

Fortunately he recovered well and was taken back to our shelter.  He is a very sweet boy with a very good nature and he is desperately looking for his forever home!

We received a call from a concerned member of the public about this poor kitten living in a feral colony, who also had a severely injured back leg.

We managed to trap her and took her to our vet, who unfortunately once againcould not save her leg due to the severity of her injuriesand had toamputate.  Due to the fact that she has only 3 legs now, she cannot be released back, but is going to need a very special home!

Please let us know if you can offer a home to these special babies.
