Sometimes back cooking was viewed as a woman's job and so many men especially African men shunned away from the kitchen. As am writing this, so many men have embraced cooking and they are doing it better than some women. Personally, i studied foods and nutrition in A levels. I got to learn alot then even though i studied pharmacy in college and i never put what i studied in foods and nutrition to test so often. Although my wife and the househelp prepare food for us, once in a while I get into the kitchen and help out. I enjoy eating food that I have cooked and I find it very delicious. Do you cook at your place?
