Homemade mint sauce recipe

INGREDIENTS: -

  • 1/2 CUP MINT LEAVES
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  • 1 TSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 3 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 2 TSP LEMON JUICE

DIRECTION: -

  1. IN THE BLENDER BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND  BLEND ALL. WHEN YOU GET A FINE PASTE CHILL IT FREEZER FOR 5-10 MINUTES AND SERVE IT WITH MEAL.

Tip:-

  • PUT ONIONS AND TOMATOES FIRST IN JAR AFTER ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS TO BLEND IT WILL HELP TO BLEND THE LEAVES SMOOTHLY WITHOUT WATER.
