Homemade Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 5-6 peeled potatoes
  •  3 tsp salt
  • Slicer

Method

First slice the potatoes thinly then in a pan boil water and add pinch of salt off the flame. Now for 1-2 minutes dip the potatoes in the salted water the drain carefully. Now dry the potatoes in sunlight for one day. And when completely get dry deep fry these.
