Homemade Scotch Ice cream

INGREDIENTS: -

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 spoon custard powder
  • 2 spoon fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tsp crystal sugar
  • 1 tsp water

Direction: -

  1. In a pan boil milk and custard powder and bit continuously to avoid lumps.
  2. When it's consistency become add sugar  and  off the flame.
  3. Now caramelized the sugar and mix with custard milk. And freeze it.
  4. Now put the container out of freezer and blend the ice cream in blender with cream.
  5. Now finely set it in freezer for creamy textured. when set properly serve it.
