INGREDIENTS: -
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 spoon custard powder
- 2 spoon fresh cream
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 tsp crystal sugar
- 1 tsp water
Direction: -
- In a pan boil milk and custard powder and bit continuously to avoid lumps.
- When it's consistency become add sugar and off the flame.
- Now caramelized the sugar and mix with custard milk. And freeze it.
- Now put the container out of freezer and blend the ice cream in blender with cream.
- Now finely set it in freezer for creamy textured. when set properly serve it.
