Homemade Spanish Style Sardines
I was at home drafting articles when my former boss called up. He invited me in his house which is two rides away from home. I knew already it's a drinking session but I cannot say no to him. As usual it's a bottle of long necked brandy. I prefer the light one to avoid hangover. I'm not into beer too as it destroys my diet. LOL!
He requested me to pass by the nearest wet market to buy tuna. We will be making our specialty, the homemade Spanish style sardines. I bought two kilos of yellow fin tuna. I let my "suki" sliced and have it cleaned so that I will just wash it for cooking when I reach his place.
I washed, cleaned and drained the fish, prepared all the spices and ingredients. I mixed and marinated for thirty minutes. Then, my boss cooked it in the pressure cooked with low fire for thirty minutes. And it's done. Yummylicious!
