ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 cups crushed biscuit
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
MIX - in a sauce pan mix desiccated coconut crushed biscuit butter flour condensed milk and egg yolks. heat and stir to combine well.
FORM - cool mixture then form into balls. roll balls in extra cup desiccated coconut.
SERVE.
