  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 pounds raw salmon

Honey Sriracha Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, depending on heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds and pour into a large Ziploc bag with the salmon. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the broiler in your oven and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
