Grief is the hardest thing to go through when you have lost a loved one. Has anyone else had to cope with grief?
I have recently lost my dad. My mother died 2 years ago today and my brother died 6 months later. Now, my dad has gone. It feels final, especially when you lose both parents within the space of 2 years.
So, how do we deal with grief? In my experience, it is best to keep the mind busy by doing things around the house even if you feel like you cannot do it. I haven't been able to write that often, but writing something is good, because we can let out our thoughts at the same time, which can heal us.
How does everyone else deal with the grief of losing a loved one or family to death? It would be nice to hear from anyone who has had to go through this, so please feel free to comment below.
