Physical:
In order to live physically fit you must need to do some extra hard activity like exercise, gym, running etc. Doing minimum thirty minutes cardiovascular activity minimum for three days in a week, can do myriad no of positive thing in your life. Not only physical activity can extend you life, but it can also reduce the like hood of getting many health related problems. Exercise is not only a feature of healthy life also healthy diet is key. The food pyramid is there for a reason healthy food have many protein which your body need on daily basis if you are doing gym exercise you need extra food or protein from different source like, butter, egg, vegetable, juice etc these items made you fit in your routine life.
Mental/emotional:
Having significant other and people that care about is needed to have a healthy life style. Weather you have a best friend, spouse, significant to other children, having people you can share your life problems, you suggest them how t taker the problem because problem are part of life. You need want a relationship of wife children, you can call your spouse, family member or a friend
Spiritual:
Your religion, relationship and moral all have an effect on your spiritual life. As where in know that everyone leave this world any time ago not to say who go first and second but the need is here we are in exam in there our result show either we pass or fail so need is to prepare your self ever life style?????????.
