The first time I used the balance trainer, it was a bit of a joke. I could barely keep my balance and I was wiggling all over the place. It took a lot of effort to stay on it and I could feel my heart rate rapidly increasing. Once I got used to it I knew I had found a keeper in my exercise routine.
Using a balance trainer forces you to use all of your muscles. It is hard staying steady on it and you use your abs, legs and core to stay stable. I found that it did wonders for my protruding belly and I was starting to lose inches. My balance trainer came with a set of DVDs which was full of challenging workouts and I find that I am having quite a bit of fun with it.
