Skin is the largest organ of the human body, and it is responsible for keeping safe what is inside of you. Moreover, it combats allergens, bugs, and toxins and helps to keep you warm on a cold winter day and a whole lot more. However, it is susceptible to different skin disorders such as acne, actinic keratosis, atopic dermatitis, cellulitis, eczema, hives, melanoma, rosacea, etc. That is why it is critical that you take good care of your skin. Most of the people I know of have a skincare routine. They use different skin care products that are mainly Korean-made. If there is anything that Korean culture has informed us, it is that everyone must have dewy skin.

Are you a heavy makeup-user? If the answer is yes, you should include an oil cleanser in your daily skincare regimen. There is so much to love about oil cleansers because besides the fact that it can remove heavy make-up, it can help in removing dirt and excess oil. You may be reluctant to use such since it can add "oil" to your face, but it blends with the oil in your face which makes it a lot easier to clean. Also, it makes your skin glow and helps you achieve a Korean-like skin with regular use.
-
Exercise

Did you know that exercise is perfect for your skin, too? Yes, that is right. Breaking a sweat releases toxins in your body which can help your skin clear up most especially if you are suffering from acne problem. When you exercise or do simple workouts, the arteries in your skin will be unclosed, which will allow the blood to reach the surface of your skin and bring the nutrients that it needs to fix the damage caused by the sun and remove the dirt.

Essence

If there is one thing you can find in every Korean beauty kit is the essence. Essence has a serum-like consistency that helps the skin to hydrate on a broader level. Also, it helps to repair skin damage caused by environmental pollutants. To achieve best results, apply it by massaging it into your skin.
-
Eye cream

The eye cream is one of the most important skincare products you should have, especially if you have dry skin and noticeable dark circles under eyes. Get a pea-sized eye cream and gently tap it around the eyes. Use your ring finger to do it.
-
Sheet Masks

You do not have to break the bank to achieving Korean skin. You can use sheet masks which are low-priced yet effective. Sheet masks have different ingredients. Make sure to choose one that suits your skin care needs. Use it once or twice a week or better yet, every day to see the results right away.
Your skin is a reflection of how well your body is eliminating the toxins that build up on a daily basis. Chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis stem from a combination of genetic factors, immune stress, dietary deficiencies or sensitivities, and the accumulation of toxins in the body. For our skin to be radiant and clear, it is very important that the other organs of elimination (kidneys, liver, lungs, and colon) are cleansing the body effectively. If not, the skin will be overtaxed, pores will become clogged, and eruptions of one sort or another will result."

Sun protection

Using sun protection like sunblock is not only meant for your beach trips You have to use it every time you go out, and even when you are staying indoors. The sun can still pass through your windows, and it can harm your skin a lot. Use sunblock with good SPF and your skin will thank you for doing it.
-
Eat healthy food

Once or twice a week, try to exfoliate your skin to take off dead skin cells. Do not overdo it as it can damage your skin. Choose the organic variant as much as possible. They are not only good for your skin but to the environment as well.

Final Thoughts
Achieving Korean skin is possible if you eat the right kinds of food, exercise and use skincare products that are suitable for your skin type. If you are not sure what will work for you, you can consult a dermatologist. Do not try products just because your favorite celebrity or influencer is endorsing them. Instead of it making you feel beautiful and confident about yourself, it can severely damage your skin.
