We all experience stress and sometimes it's the reason why we're not productive. Especially that I'm already a parent and my daughter needs all the support she need may it be financially and moral support.
Stress are almost everywhere. Below are the things I find helpful to relieve from my stress:
1. A talk with yourself. Put yourself in deep realization and talk with yourself calmly through your mind. Insist that everything will be alright soon.
2. Talk with a friend. Nothing is better than opening up to your closest and most trusted friend that would be ready to listen to you. Take note that friends doesn't exist without a reason. They're there to be with you.
3. Listen to Music. Taking a break and a listen to music is a best stress reliever but if you can't leave your work simply tune in and listen to your favorite music.
4. Eat right. Stress levels and a proper diet are closely related. Unfortunately, it’s when we have the most work that we forget to eat well and resort to using sugary, fatty snack foods as a pick-me-up. Try to avoid the vending machine and plan ahead. Fruits and vegetables are always good, and fish with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce the symptoms of stress.
