How to be happy

It does not take a lot to push away the depression that is threatening to strangle your mind always. 

Just follow the steps below and start to live, really.

  • look forward to doing at least one good deed a day
  • visit old friends and relatives and enjoy 
  • watch a new movie or take a stroll in the park
  • play outdoor games with others
  • join a charity or volunteer service
  • take your camera out and start shooting images
  • make homemade dishes and share with the homeless by gifting small food packets along the streets
  • plan a project and move your life forward

I hope these ideas will help remove your depression. If you are not depressed also, you can follow these and also pass on the message to others. Plan a community service project or volunteer for free tutoring.
