The best way I've found for maintaining a positive attitude is to keep a #gratitude #journal. Every morning I jot down things or people that I'm grateful for. Sometimes you might have a hard time coming up with something, but even the little things should be included. Finding a parking place in a busy parking lot could be one of the little things. Acts of kindness that you've experienced, or even a "bad" situation from which you've learned something should be included. The more you do this practice, the more you realize that you have lots to be #thankful for.
After making your list, spend just a bit of time #meditating on these things you're thankful for. That will set the mood for the rest of the day and help you maintain a positive attitude. I know it works for me.
