Ingredients

1 Kilo Chicken cut into pieces.

1 Young Sayote

1 Liter of Water
-
1/2 Malungay leaves
-
Ginger chop into small strips
-
6 Garlic Minced
-
1 Onion Diced
-
3 Tbs Palm Oil
-
3 Tbspoon Fish Sauce
Procedure:

In A pot heat oil and saute garlic, ginger and onion
-
Add water and the chicken
-
Bring it to boil and simmer for 15minutes
-
Add sayote and simmer again for 5 minutes until sayote is cooked
-
Add fish sauce to taste
-
Add Malungay.
-
Serve Hot with Rice :)
