Ingredients:
- 1 kilo pork (cut into cubes)
- 5 pieces tofu cut into cubes
- 2 garlic (minced)
- 1 cup vinegar(suka)
- 1 cup soy sauce(toyo)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 Large onions (diced)
- 1 pc finger chili, diagonally cut
Procedure:

In a large pot, boil pork in just enough water with salt, let simmer until pork is tender.

Set aside pork after cooked

Fry tokwa(tofu) in hot oil until toasted and slice into cubes

In a saucepot, mix soysouce, vinegar, salt, garlic, finger chili and onions and heat for just a few minutes.

Put the mixture into the tokwa

Serve hot. :)
