Go to Eclipse.org or write in google eclispse download for Java EE developers, it will guide you to the respective website go there accept licence agreement and do take care of your computer processor that either its 32 bit or 64 bit. Download the required Eclipse Java EE version according to your processor and OS requirements and start developing.
