Thickened Cream

Instant Coffee/Coffee Essence

Add the desired amount of coffee (and/or coffee essence) to the cream and stir it until it's dissolved.

Add sugar to sweeten.

Use a whisk or electric hand beater and beat the mixture until it becomes firm.
