Anyone who ever tried to eat Lego as a child will know that it’s just not edible, until now. YouTuber Grant Thompson, the self acclaimed ‘King of Random’ has uploaded a video showing users how to make stackable, edible Lego bricks.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of very cold water
- 1/4 cup of corn syrup
- 2 packets of unflavoured gelatin
- 1 pack (85g) of jelly
You’ll also need a Lego ice cube tray (if you can’t be bothered to make your own).
How to:
- Put the corn syrup into the cold water and stir until it’s fully dissolved.
- Then pour the mix into a pan but don’t turn on the heat just yet.
- Add both packs of gelatin and then the powdered jelly. Stir until all the gelatin is mixed in.
- Set the stove to a medium/low heat for around 5-10 mins and stir the mix every minute or two. When the gelatin is completely liquified, the syrup is ready for pouring into the moulds.
- Leave to cool for five hours.
- Start building/eating.
