True para sa mga ordinary people who don't know how to invest then you will end up working for the rest of your life just to make a living. My strategy; Kung meron akong Job, in order for me to escape the Rat Race and how to stop running and start Living all i have to do is invest % of my salary to build up my Assets sa pamamagitan ng pag bili ng Stocks sa Stock Market then pagkatapos ko makaipon ng million sa stocks i will pay my Debts (Mortgage/Credit Cards/Car Loan/School Loan/etc...) If wala na natira na debts sa Liabilities time to save up more money from Assets para maka ipon at mag invest sa mga Real Estate Business and start building my own Passive Income then i don't have to work for the rest of my life :)
