I have tried Colgate Optic white before but I don't really seem to see the difference. I have used it for about 3 mos. and I was not satisfied.
I researched in health magazines and on the internet some great tips to whiten teeth (the natural way) and have tried one..

BAKING SODA
Why Baking Soda?
according to studies:
Baking soda is composed of a chemical compound that makes it a great mild abrasive. It is this same abrasiveness that effectively removes surface stains from your teeth and make them appear whiter.
Baking Soda and Water
- Simply wet your toothbrush and dip into the baking soda powder. Make sure that the entire brush and all bristles are coated and appear white.
- Brush in a normal manner and be sure to angle the brush accordingly to get at the gum line and between teeth.
- Work from quadrant to quadrant in the mouth with a total bruising time of at least two minutes.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards.
It is not uncommon to experience a slight tingling sensation but stop if you experience an uncomfortable burning sensation.
Baking Soda is quite effective but stings a little. You should not do it everyday skip days or do it thrice a week for better results. ;)
