Knowing what is this document all about what is the importance of this document and what information you have to put in this document and how to put::
1. First thing is Adopt your resume to your audience first of all we have to analyze the organization; that what type of organization is, you must adopt the your resume to the reader or organization where you are selling your resume. And you have to adopt you Attitude while writing resume. Adopt you attitude and think about your resume from employer’s prospective. Ask yourself:
What key qualifications will this employer be looking for? Since you have really done a good analysis of a company for which you are applying or the option available fro which you are applying, the first question should be that what key qualification or field is requiring this organization.
2. Which or these qualifications are your greater strengths. Before writing the resume you have to judge your strengths and weakness. For example you are a good communicator or you have good leadership qualities or you are a good writer, you may have a team spirit etc see what is key element of you qualities which are fitting with job requirements.
3. what quality would you set you apart from other candidates in the eyes of potential employer. Since there are other competitors on same position on which you are applying, but which is the main strength on the basis of which you have to judge yourself and sort out the qualities which give you exceptional points.
4. what are the 3 or 4 of your greatest accomplishments, and what resulted from these accomplishments? God have gifted some of hidden qualities to every person so you have to analyze yourself and identify what are your major strengths you can say you have leadership qualities and when you talk about leadership qualities you must be fairly specific and could give examples that in your previous assignments what was the leadership role you paid.
To write a successful resume you need to convey seven qualities that employers seek. You want to show that you:
1. Employers thinks in terms of results. Whoever is checking your resume will first check the this person is result oriented or not. i.e. he has abilities, willingness etc.
2. Employers like to know how to get things done. What is the capability that if you have given a new assignment that you can do as earlier as possible. For example you have a leadership qualities, if employer sent you any office or on any new project you should have a successful person. And your previous track record will tell to employ that you served at different positions, and for every new positions you have got new target.
3. They would like to know that you are well rounded, well rounded means that you have diversified skills, you have valid job experience. As much as diversity in your professional career, your chance of entry will be more clear. For example you are a team player, you are a person to be very obedient to your seniors, you work harmoniously etc these are the thing lie in well rounded category .
