In second part of generation plants ,we study about HYDRO POWER PLANT.  In this plant we use water source to produce electricity. In this plant we need huge water and pressure.

HYDRO POWER PLANT:-

A power plant, where produce electrical energy by using potential energy of water is called hydro power plant.  This types of power plant can be construct at the point, where water store without any problem.  Mostly they construct at hilly areas. In hilly areas, where water mostly flow, the dam are construct in this way.  The dam store huge water and water turbines are install in dam. When water are fall in turbine.  The turbine are coupled with alternator and in this cause alternator convert mechanical energy into electrical energy.  In this types of power plants have very low running cost and not gain pollution which are harmful of human health.  And they also reserve the fuels like as coal and oil , so they are depleting day by day.  They also useful to store and use as in our purposes.

CONSTRUCT PLACE:-

The place,where it construct it shall be have some important points.

1:- It construct in mostly hilly areas.

2:- They install in the way of lake or river.

3:- They construct far from human place.

4:- They install where land is cheap in cost.

5:- The construct material or machinery easily avail.
