I do not like to be thin, i want to be healthy

I was asked by a friend about what am i doing to have lost some pounds. I do not intend to be skinny. well, i am not anyway.  But then, to compare my body from my post pregnant body, friends consider me to be skinny already. Lol.

Exercise is the key to be skinny.  Forget those crash diets. Those will only make you feel week and unhealthy.  Try to eat a balanced diet whenever possible. And include fruits and vegetables in your daily intake. Fruits and vegetables have a lot of fiber in them which helps one to get rid of those unwanted fats.  And when it comes to exercising, it is very important to do it regularly. Even of that means only 10 minutes a day, it is better that way rather than having an hour of exercise and doing it only once a month. It is also important to hydrate yourself. Forget the sodas, and just go with plain water. Make sure to drink eight to ten glasses of water daily. 

It sounds simple alright. But then, it takes a real challenge to be able to have such a lifestyle change. especially so that we are bombarded with junkfoods and fastfoods.
