I have requested cashout from Easyhits4u and Literacybase last month.

The minimum for Easyhits4u is just three dollars.  I think I get 2 referrals from there for Bitlanders, but they are not active.

I get my payment from Easyhits4u in less than 18 hours.  I just go to bed after the request, and I receive the Paypal email the next day.

As for Literacybase, I reached $10 by the end of last month.
