I knew that, sport keeps body healthy, but I did not know it brings unity to country
When I was in school I remember that, our respectable teacher used to say “o boys play your favorite sport it keeps your body healthy, and fit. He added, there is no problem which kind of sport do you play, but exercise daily” since then I play volleyball and sometime football.
I see my many friends they play deferent kinds of sport and we are entrusted to the sport. We watch matches on TV, but today we see something too deferent from other days that we have never seen before. Today afghan champions playing against India and finally they defeated India and they became the champions of south Asia. As soon as they win I saw hundreds of people came out to the streets and they had the flag of Afghanistan and saying we are winners. We also went outside for the first time we saw happiness in lips of Afghans and one thing the most interesting we saw a group of people in the truck working for Kabul municipality they were holding the flag and they were saying Afghanistan win the match and be proud of your champions. I became really excited because they had their uniforms it means they just came from work. After a few minutes we came home.
On Thursday there was formal celebration in ghazi stadium where more than 20 thousand people have gathered to encourage their champions they were standing side by side there was no difference among Pashtuns, Tajik, hazara and other tribes of our country, just one thing that was south Asia cup beside the flag of our country. No disunity, no separation of nationalities and no linguistic differences. That was the motto peace is upon Afghanistan house of braves and champions.
