I want a healthier version of me!

I was asked what I want to achieve in the next couple of months, I need not think twice and blurted out that i wanted the healthier version of me.

I know, i am not getting any younger. As we age, we feel the toll we have made on our body. I feel some aches in my joints already, i feel constant headache, i feel tired with a little effort. So yes, I am aging. Hell, we all are. Lol!

So what can i do about it? Lifestyle change. Simple as that sounds, i know it takes much more than counting one, two and three. It takes much effort. Exercise is one way. when it comes to exercising, it is very important to do it regularly. Even of that means only 10 minutes a day, it is better than having an hour of exercise and doing it once a month.

Another way is to eat a balanced diet whenever possible. That includes fruits and vegetables in your daily intake. Fruits and vegetables have a lot of fiber in them which helps one to get rid of those unwanted fats, and toxins in our body. It is also important to hydrate yourself. Forget the sodas, and just go with plain water. Make sure to drink eight to ten glasses of water daily.

In a month's time, i should get closer to a healthier me.
