I  like to do the surveys now because they are paying very good rate.

The problem is that I have run out of surveys to do.

If I have known that the rate will increase, I will not finish all the surveys when the rate was just 30 bm.

I should have kept a lot of the surveys undone, so that I can make a lot more now.
