According to the latest ICC ODI rankings issued on Tuesday which is based on the just concluded World Cup performances, Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan rose a rung to sixth while Virat Kohli another Indian batsman still remains the highest-placed Indian batsman at fourth though his performance was never outstanding during the tournament.
