West Indies defeated England and won the glory of the ICC World T20, 2016 in a very thrilling style. Carlos Brathwaite smashed 4 sixes in 4 balls with only 2 balls to spare, that’s how the final of the tournament ended in a dramatic way. Caribbean’s made history by sweeping both the men's and women's titles at the 2016 T20 World Cup at the Eden Gardens on Sunday.The sixth edition of World T20 has found their champion after 27 days. World has witnessed some catchy moments which will be remembered for years to come. Indian bewilder batsman Virat kohli was named the ‘Man of the Tournament’ while West Indies won millions of hearts with their never say die attitude. Here are some Highlights of the tournamentsTop-Notch Runs Scorer: The 27 years old Chittagong, Bangladeshi batsman Tamim Iqbal was the prominent individual batsman who scored 295 runs in the event, with 24 fours and 14 sixes. Tamim is the left hand batsman and mostly perform as an opener from the Bangladeshi team.Leading Wicket-Taker:Mohamaad Nabi from Afghanistan who played his fourth World T20 tournament was the leading wicket taker of the tournament. Nabi grabbed 12 wickets in the tournament. Nabi's rise, like Afghanistan's, has been staggering.Most Centuries: Tamim Iqbal the Bangladeshi batsman comes in at first place scoring a century with an average of 73.75. West Indian smasher Chris Gayle comes in on number second position in the tournament by scoring a century with an average of 37.66.Most Fifties: Indian star batsman Virat Kohli scored the most fifties in the ICC World T20 champion; he scored 3 fifties against West Indies, Australia and Pakistan. Most Sixes: Bangladeshi Batsman Tamim Iqbal smashed most sixes in the tournament. Tamim smashed 14 sixes in 6 matches with an average of 73.75. Caribbean smasher Chris Gayle got second position in this category. Gayle smashed 11 sixes in a single innings against English side at Wankhande Stadium Mumbai and remained not out in the match.Most Fours: Indian Right handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler Virat Kohli received this title as well. His big hits powered India many time. Kohli smashed 24 fours through-out the tournament. Out of those 11 were smashed in a single innings against West Indies. But their aggressiveness of the Indian star could not overcome the Caribbean side as West Indies won the match by 7 wickets. In that match Kohli scored 89 runs on just 47 balls.Most Runs Conceded:Pakistan cricket team didn’t perform well in the tournament and no Pakistani player is in the top ranking position. But Pakistani right-arm fast bowler Mohammad Sami did manage to grab a title for himself as the bowler who capitulate most runs in an innings. Sami received 53 runs in just 4 overs against Australia in Mohali. Best Strike-Rate in Bowling:20 years old Bangladeshi fast bowler Mustafizur Rehman grabbed the title of the best striker in the tournament. In three matches his strike rate was 8.00 with an average of 9.55. He scored 86 runs and took 9 wickets. South Africa’s Kyle Abbot is on the number second position with a strike rate of 9.57 in three matches. Highest Strike-Rate in Batting:36 years old, Jamaican smasher Christopher Henry ‘Chris Gayle’s had the best strike rate is in the tournament. His strike rate was 194.82 in 5 matches and 4 innings.
