It is very easy to be able to be a successful student (if you want). The only requirement is *to want*. If you want to be a successful scholar, then you can be one. You have to really want it in order to get it. Once you have *want* then under that comes the process. The very first and crucial element of the process is to never miss a class. If you do not miss a class, you will not only get full credits for attendance, but you will also not fall behind. If you fall behind once, then it is very difficult to get ahead. So the second element is to never fall behind. Always try to stay on top of things and study before going to class. The third comes with staying in close contact with your professor. It is very important to feel comfortable around your professor so that you can ask help and questions if needed. You should talk to your instructor to find out how you are doing in his or her class. The fourth would be staying involved with the campus and community. It is significant to be involved in student leadership organization or anything else that keeps you updated about things that are happening around you. The fifth one is to do your best to make a good grade on the tests. You should sleep well and eat well before taking any test, and of course you should study for the test. If you stay all night and study, that might not help as much, and if it does, it will not be good for the long run. Study daily and ready often.
If you do these things, you should make A's in your classes, but making A's is not enough to be a successful student. To be able to be considered a successful student, you need to do more than just making A's. Here comes the activities and student organizations that I mentioned earlier. So make sure you stay involved and give back to your campus and community. By doing this, you are developing a network and a community for yourself, which is important for students. Good luck, and let me know if you need any further tips. By the way, these tips that I recommend work, just try them and you will know. I will not lose neither gain anything for you following these rules, yet I want to offer you these because I want to help you.
