To waste time means to waste wealth. As many should be spent carefully, so time should also be consumed on some useful work. To spend time in idleness is equal to waste money in absurdities. Time is such a blessing as is achievement without price. But people who not value time, they become self-centered. People usually do not give important to time. So they can waste time in useless purposes.  And also are unaware of fact as how to spend their time.
