Chief Election Commissioner of India, HS Brahma has announced on Saturday that as process of linking Aadhar card with voter identity card is progressing in full swing and is expected to be completed during the calender year of 2015, India is all set to become the first country in the world to have biometric data. So, it can be hoped that there would be no duplicacy in the voters' list after the completion of the linking.
