"Pyaar ki ye ek kahaani" (This is a story of love) is an Indian drama produced by Ekta Kapoor. This supernatural series aired on Star One from 18th oct 2010 to 15th Dec 2011. Ekta Kapoor is an Indian tv drama and film producer also managing director of Balaji Telefilms. Piyar ki ye ek kahaani consists on two seasons.

This was the best drama on "star one" with great music and cast. I loved the drama music. It’s includes horror, love, comedy, suspense and mystery. I like Abhay and Piya characters too much. Whole cast and crews make the series amazing.

Story of Pyar ki ye Ek Kahaani:
It’s seems to be a love story because of it’s name .Yes it is a love story but quite different from other love stories. It’s love story of a vampire and human. Abhay is a 200 years old vampire and Piya is a human. Both love each other deeply.

All characters were good but I like Abhay and Piya role. Although Drama is mixture of horror, suspense, sarcasm but a part of all that it has comedy too.
Season 1:
Piya has lived in orphanage since her mother death named sugandh. At that time she was only 10 Years old. Her father left piya and her mother alone. Piya face all difficulties alone and she moves to Dehradan and take admission in Mount College to pursue her studies.

This story of love start in Mount College. At the beginning everyone teas piya because she get admission as scholarship student. But after some time Misha a rich student of college likes Piya’s good nature and they become good friends. During College an activity Piya slip from a mountain and Abhay save her. At that moment Abhay surprised to see piya because she resemble like Maithali. Maithali was dead 200 years ago. Abhay loved her. But now Abhay confused he thinks that Mathali returns. He take admission in Mount College to chase Piya and to know about her.He wants piya to leave that place. For this mission he start to treat Piya badly but on the other side he save her many time from different accidents. Piya get curious about Abhay’s strange behavior. She notice that Abhay have superstitious powers. She does research and she surprised to see that result all point toward vampires.

When Piya ask him about his reality he admit that he is a vampire and he warn her to stay away from him. Piya decided to leave Dehradun. When she leave the place she realize that she is in love with him. She returns to college. After some time both are in love each other. When results announce in college Piya get know that Misha and Panchi are her step sisters and Arnob Doprial her father. First she hate her father because he left her alone in her childhood but soon she like her family Misha and Panchi. So she start to live with her family. Abhay supports her in every situation. Suddenly a twist comes in the story. Siddarth returns to get revenge on Abhay.

Yor are thinking that who is Siddarth. Me to surprised when that character enter and here a kind of suspense. Because siddarth behave like human and trap Panchi in his fake love. Meanwhile we get know that he is vampire too. He was brother of Abhay who was dead 200 years ago in an accident at the same time Abhay and Maithli were dead. But at that time vampires named Haseena and Chand bite Abhay and siddarth and made them vampires. Siddarth hates Abhay because he was in love with Maithli but Maithali liked Abhay. Abhay bite piya to save her from Siddarth. Because Maithli returns too. Maithali wants to kill Piya and in this aspect Siddarth kidnap Piya. He take her to the burnt house where Maithali dead. Piya meets Maithali there and shocked to see her because she resemble like Piya. Abahy come at that place and in a fight he kills Siddarth but Maithali take a ice slab and put it on Abhay’s heart and Maithali said to him now u will freeze there forever. Abhay wipes all memories of him from Piya’s mind. He frozen and becomes buried in snow at that moment Piya’s family come there and take to her home with them they don’t know what happened with Abhay. Even Piya’s family do not know Abhay’s reality.

After a year….. When Piya lost her memories about Abhay and how she met with her family. She go to paris for her studies.
When a year has passed, Piya returns to Dahradun from Paris. At Paris she has become super model. Piya’s totally change but she remembers nothing about her past and Abhay. Werewolf entry…. She meets jeh Khorana, a werewolf. Jeh Khorana and his family come Dehradun to take revenge from vampires because jeh’s brother killed by them in a fight.

Piya feels something different when she go into jungle she feels a mysterious voice there. She suddenly reach at that place and she saves Abhay from icy adobe. She do not know what happened with her when she touch the ice. Whatever Abhay returns to Mount College. Werewolf Jeh wants to kill Abhay. Abhay again behave rudely to Piya. But Piya attract to him again. Jeh try to be close friend with her. But meanwhile Piya regains her memory. She again come close to Abhay but he want to save her that’s why he ignore her.

Jeh Khorana wants to kill Piya to hurt abhay but Abhay save her from him. Jeh’s sister, named Alina fall in love with Abhay. And she knows the secret of portion which is important for Abhay because that portion can save his father’s chand life who is injured in a fight with wolf. Alina promise Abhay that she will tell him that secret place. But meanwhile Jeh’s and Maithali both make plan to kill Abhay and piya. A battle occurs and Jeh’s mother dies. And after drinking that portion Abhay turn into human from vampire.

After a three months again Jeh kidnap Piya and in a fight he killed by vampire arnob piya’s father who has been turn vampire during fight with vampires and Punchi dies because Mathali bite her. Mathali dies during fight with vampires.
In the end of the drama Piya and Abhay get married. I like it’s ending because Abhay family turns into Human. Love can change evil to good.
