Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup boiled green peas
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander crushed seeds
- 1 tsp chopped green chilies
- 2 tsp oil
For dough
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 5 tsp oil
- 1/2 salt salt
- water
Direction
- First to make a dough mix all ingredients and ready a semi hard dough.
- For stuffing in a pan pre-heat oil and splutter cumin seeds and coriander seeds
- Then add potatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Off the flame and keep aside to get cool
Now make a semi thin round flat with dough and make a cone with rounds to fill the filling. Then apply little wet fingers on open edges and close with each other tightly. Make that type samosas with all ingredients and keep in freezer for 5 minutes. After preheat the oil in pan and then deep fry all.
