The general perception of the Indian Parliament is that the day would begin here with slogan shouting from the Opposition as well as the treasury benches on some or other issue. Slogan shouting often becomes so severe and disturbing to the normal working of the Parliament that the House has often to be adjourned for three or four times in a day and crores of rupees are thus wasted for nothing. The Budget Session of Parliament had many issues of disputes between the Opposition as well as the treasury benches. But surprisingly, the Parliament worked this time to its optimum capacity. So, the members of the Indian Parliament deserve thanks from the people of the country.
