I was shocked to know that a US woman was accidentally shot dead on last Tuesday by her 2 year-old son who got access to a gun kept in her handbag. It means the woman was negligent in keeping the gun safely in her custody so that no one can get reach of it. Thus the unfortunate mother paid the price for her carelessness for which no one can be accused except her bad luck.
