ITALIAN PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- Penne Pasta Boiled 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Garlic chopped 1 table spoon
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Red chillies crushed 1 table spoon
- Tomato sauce 2 table spoons
- Salt 1 table spoon
- Butter 1 table spoon
- Mozzarella cheese cubes 4-5
- Chilli garlic sauce 2 table spoon
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Heat butter in pan, add chopped onion, chopped garlic and fry it.
- Now put red chillies crushed, tomato puree, tomato sauce, salt and add ½ cup of water mix it well.
- Add boiled penne pasta mozzarella cheese and chilli garlic sauce, fry it for 1 minute.
- Serve with rice, mango frappe or garlic bread.
