Ingredients
Sugar
Baking powder
Flour
Maida (flour)
Soda
Color flavor
Oil
Water
Procedure
Add sugar, boil water, and color flavor and make a solution.
Now add flour, Maida, baking powder, soda, water in a bowl and make a paste. And put the paste at room temperature for one night. Now put the paste in clean cloth and make a cone.
Now put the frying pan on stove and make the jalebi in deep fry oil.
Fry the jalebi in oil till it become brown. Now put out it from frying pan and add it to the solution. Hot hot jalebi is ready, serve it with hot milk.
