Bouncer Chronicles reports both Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake rocked Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY, this past weekend during the first stateside stop of their “Legends of Summer” tour.
They shared the spotlight together performing hits including “99 problems”, “I just wanna love you (give it 2 me)”, “Izzo (Hova)”, “Cry me a River”, “Encore” and “Suit and Tie.” The two plus hour concert ended with “Forever Young,” dedicated to Trayvon Martin by Jay-Z.
After the event Jay-Z hosted the concert’s official after party at his 40/40 club in midtown Manhattan. Inside the club he and his wife Beyonce sat with family and close friends overlooking the bars main room at the top of a staircase. He ordered two bottles of his Cognac D’Usse. Guests in attendance included Ne-Yo, DJ Cassidy, DJ Jus Ske and Gabourey Sidibe.
